Invoices are issued on the last working day of the month preceding the month that childcare is required.

I accept various existing Workplace Childcare vouchers and also the Government’s Tax Free Childcare vouchers.  Please go to www.childcarechoices.gov.uk for further information.

If I am ill or on holiday (including Bank holidays), no fee is payable. However, if you or your child are ill or on holiday, the full normal fee is payable.

I endeavour to give parents my holiday dates as far in advance as possible so that holidays can be co-ordinated. It is important to note that it is the space that is being paid for, not whether or not your child is using it.

Full fees are payable at all other times with the following exception: if a child is on a term-time only contract, a half fee retainer is payable during school holidays, holding his/her place.

I ask parents to provide meals for their children except for breakfast and snacks/fruit which I provide at no extra charge.

I regularly see 3 other childminders who are happy to cover my holidays (space permitting) when your child has been with me for 6 months or more and is completely comfortable with the other childminders and their houses.
